We only accept payments made through PayPal and also require immediate payment to be made Returns Policy:
If
you are unhappy with our product or simply want to return it for an
exchange or refund please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
and we will provide you with our return address.
If
you have received an incorrect or damaged item we will exchange it for
the one you have ordered and we will also refund you the postage cost
you paid to return the item.
If
you didn't like the item or want to return it for any other reason you
will have to pay the return postage cost and we will only refund the
item price
All returned packages are processed within 48 hours of Receiving.
When
you return an item please make sure you provide a note inside the
package with your eBay user ID, your full name and address and also the
reason for the return, as this makes it easier for us to process the
return swiftly.
Please
obtain Proof of Postage from the post office, as we will ask you for
this if we do not receive the item within 3 working days. We reserve the
right to refuse a refund or an exchange if you cannot provide us with
the Proof of Postage.
We will exchange the item for a different color/size or refund you the item cost excluding the postage charges.
We
do check all items prior to receiving them and will not accept returns
if the item has been worn, taken out the original packaging or removed
tags.
We are not responsible of any items damaged by washing them.
