Greetings, 12 year ebay member here.  Due to inconsistencies with lesser experienced ebay members with low scores, I've had to make a memo.  I love bids but kindly ask that you please contact me before bidding if you have a score of "10" or below and express your interest in the item and financial assuredness, or your bid could be rejected. 

 I'm always looking out for the buyer but also myself, and quick to help when asked.  Also, if an item has been purchased and cannot be paid for within 3 days of the sale, please submit the ebay cancellation form so I can be refunded my selling fees, and quickly re-list my item.  Nobody gets penalized.  Thanks.
