Before you purchase

• “Estimated deliver time” is only for your reference, normally you will receive the parcel in 7-45 business days. In order to avoid losing your money and time, we sincerely hope you may consider carefully before ordering.
• To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on Paypal, failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank result in delays to your order. SpeedPark is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrectly entered billing information.

Shipping information

• Shipping is Free on all the orders by Chunghwa Post.
• We always declare the parcel at $10 USD as GIFT.
• We process your order(s) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Normally the parcel will be dispatched out in 3 business days.

• We offer 2 shipping service:

1. Economy Shipping Service (Registered Air-mail): Order(s) will be shipped via Chunghwa Post for FREE.
2. Express Shipping Service (EMS, Express Mail Service): If you need to receive the package by a specific date, it will be an extra postage, which will be different from the country to country, please Contact us for more information.

Customs & Taxation

• Item may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection, then the Post has no information on specific items awaiting customs inspection. Once the parcel clears through customs, it will be handed over to Local Post for delivery.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.

2. The return postage will be on buyer side.
3. Once you receive the automatic email that confirms the refund, which means that your return has been received and processed.

• Faulty / Wrong described Goods

1. Return item(s) should include the original packaging and accessories.
2. If you receive a faulty item or wrong product, we will bare the return postage, and provide a proper solution to the case, such as the replacement, full or partial refund.
