• First off we would like to say thank you for coming across one of our listings and we want to let you know that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  With that being said, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it please ship it back within 14 days and you will receive a refund.  The item must be in its original condition in which we sent it to you.

• We buy at a wide range of places including local auction houses, garage sales, estate sales, etc.  With that said, we do not know the background history of the item or where it has been.  We do clean and test each item prior to listing.  Any defects will be mentioned in our item description and most used items may need further cleaning upon arrival.

• For our United States customers shipping is always 100% FREE, with either USPS first class mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Media Mail, or UPS Ground.  Shipping is determined by us once we process your order for shipment.  If you need an expedited service please contact us prior to making offers or purchases.

• For our international customers we only ship USPS Priority Mail.  This way we can track and insure the item. (Please contact us through ebay messaging to receive an accurate quote on shipment prior to making any offers or purchasing)

• We try to take enough pictures to help in the description of our items.  Even though we are experienced in most of the items we sell, we are not the experts.  We would consider the future owner to be the expert so please review the pictures and if you have questions please ask before you make any offers or purchases.

• All of our items are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with exception of Media Mail items. Shipment will be based on the item weight and at isellanything.2012's discretion.
• All items will be shipped within 1 business days after the payment is fully received or cleared.  Business days are considered Monday through Friday.
• Tracking info is automatically updated within paypal once your item ships.
• Any taxes, duties or brokerage fees for anything shipped outside of the US is the buyer's full responsibility.

Isellanything.2012 will accept returns for any product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund as stated below:

• We offer Free Shipping which means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. When that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
• Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them.
• We do apologize if there is damage that occurs within transit. All damaged item claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery of the item, or all damaged item claims will be voided.
• All returns must be in the same exact condition as it was sent to you including all packaging materials as it was shipped to you.
• No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging.

How to return an item?

• Ship the item to the return address that is on the package.
• Message Isellanything.2012 to notify us of an item that is on its way back and provide us a tracking number.
• Please include a description of the return reason.
