Domestic Shipping

EM Gear offers FREE economy class shipping on all orders. If you need your order delivered faster we offer a variety of expedited shipping options with no extra handling fees - just the listed cost for the package weight! Whether you choose free or expedited shipping we will get your order shipped quickly. All orders placed before noon EST ship out the same day.

Please Note: In accordance with eBay policy, all orders over $250 will require a signature on delivery.

EM Gear offers pickup for orders at our retail showroom in Alpharetta, GA open Mon - Fri from 10:00 - 6:00. You can reach us by phone at 678-455-5850.

For shipments to Georgia addresses, we are required by State law to collect 7.0% Sales Tax.


International Shipping

We regularly ship gear worldwide and always recommend trackable and insured USPS Priority International. In addition, some items can ship by USPS First Class International depending on the size and weight. This shipping method is slower and not as secure as Priority or Express - often First Class International can take six weeks or more for delivery. Customers must understand that any shipping problems can take up to six weeks to resolve with USPS.

Shipment costs are calculated based on the combined weight of the items you purchase.

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
