All returns must be submitted through the eBay returns Link.
1. Go to my eBay.
2. On the left of the screen find purchase history and click.
3. Scroll down until you locate the item you purchased from me.
4. on the right of the item you will see view order details , leave feed back , more options
5. Select the more options
6. A pop-up will come up.
7. The third item down should be " return this item".
8. Click the "return this item " link and follow the instructions from EBay.
