Q. It does not clean around the charging station.

A. It is normal. It avoids around the charging station not to crash into the station.


Q. Sometimes it skip a room.

A. Turn off the cleaner and turn it on again to reset the camera recognition.

    For some materials of floor such as marble or tiles, the cleaner may not recognize it as a floor.

    It can climb the doorsill up to 20mm. The 'Climb Doorsill' button on the remote control will help it.


Q. What is the firmware version?

A. The cleaners in our store were produced lately. Firmware checking is not available.

    For robot cleaners, it is important how precisely analyze the space, how clean it can clean, and how long it can clean.  For these, iClebo Arte is equipped with triple CPU’s composed of MCU (Micro Controller Unit) for control, Vision MCU for camera, and power management MCU.

    The triple CPU, integrating the best robot technology know-how in the world, with the sensor detecting the ambient environment 200 times per second, navigation algorithm going through 10,800 times per second analysis, and 24 frame recording that is close to the movement in nature, enables smart and confident cleaning with firm control of the interface system of vision mapping of camera recognition that is like seeing and moving with human eyes.

    iClebo Arte starts and stops at the same place with its characteristics of algorithm.  If it starts from the door of a room, instead of the charging station, it cleans the room neatly and returns to the door and waits.  Thanks to such algorithm, the cleaning under the furniture such as bed and sofa, and even the top of wardrobe, where hand cannot reach, is possible.

    It also recorded superior grades in our own cleaning performance test.  Especially, the test results of IEC Sand(International Standard Test Dust) showed almost twice as much.  Not just the dust like rice grain that can be seen with naked eyes, but it also completely cleans the fine dust in the size of dust particles regardless of the material of the floor, such as wooden floor or carpet.

    If the existing vacuum cleaner ends with dust suction, iClebo Arte even performs the role of the housewife afterwards.  It can be equipped with the ultra microfiber mop at the bottom for wet mop cleaning.  Especially, the previous model had to take out main brush to install ultra microfiber mop, but iClebo Arte can perform vacuum suction and wet mop cleaning at the same time for higher efficiency.

    The features of iClebo Arte that shall not be left out are the slim thickness and weight.  Height of iClebo Arte is 89mm, which is the slimmest thickness level among the robot cleaners in the market, and it cleans freely under bed or sofa.  Weight is also only 2.8kg for easy transportation.
