I inherited from my father. He was a boatbuilder and surveyor. This was his home. There are many unknowns about the boat. I can not answer very many questions for you. MUST SELL ASAP!!!!
I have three small children and cannot sustain keeping her. Sails were repaired in May 2013 by a german sailmaker named Manfred, in the Virgin Islands. Haulout was done same month in Trinidad. She lies in Grenada. Good for liveaboard/charter (after some work). Has a work room with workbench and sleeps 10. Below Deck is spacious with storage for probably more than two years of food, and estimated headroom of more than 7 feet. Requires a deposit if you would like me to hold the boat for you. Will not ship or move it. It is sold "as is". The local surveyors name is Bob Goodchild with flying fish ventures. All documents through the coast guard are taken care of. The transfer of ownership is simple and requires a bill of sale to be turned in to the Coast Guard.
