No two signs are ever the same and that's how we like it!
Delivery
Items are dispatched and sent with Myhermes on a 2-5 working day delivery service.
Please select our fast delivery service if you would like your item to arrive within 48hrs. Items are dispatched using Parcelforce tracked courier service.
We only advertise items that are currently in stock, we do not drop ship or ask that you wait for delivery, all items will be sent out as per the above delivery times.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Austin Sloan signs are all designed and made in our workshop set in the Kent countryside. Austin Sloan is a vintage product designer with a lifetime of experience in the antiques and vintage interiors markets.
Each item is made out of solid wood, using traditional techniques and finished with a rustic or (as we call it) a shabby chic look.
Please do not compare our signs to the foreign and cheaply made signs also available at much lower prices. Our customers come back again and again due to our quality products.
We supply our signs to fashion and interior designers across the UK and can also boast celebrity weddings!
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
