The item listed for sale is a Brand New With Tags , Authentic Nike Celtic , 2007-2008 ( 40th Anniversary Of Winning The European Cup / Champions League ) Home , Short Sleeved , Scottish Premier League version shirt.

The top displays our former Japanese genius namely Shunsuke ' Nakamura 25 ' name and number details to the rear , .

' Naka ' scored an amazing 33 goals from 164 midfield appearances for the Celtic cause but will forever be remembered for scoring THAT goal on 21st November 2006 against Manchester United in the Champions League at Celtic Park.

It was a spectacular 30 yard effort against a goalkeeper of Edwin Van Der Saar's standing. The Dutch keeper with his huge 6' 6" height advantage and time to position himself , still couldn't stop the postage stamp shot from rocketting into his top left hand corner.

United were beaten like all others that have gone before and after them on Champions League nights at Celtic Park.

In season 2007-2008 Celtic players wore two differing home style shirts. One style was worn for domestic competitions whilst the second style was worn during European matches.

The domestic version displayed the following letters and numbers ( In Portugese ) embroidered in gold coloured threading  which circled the club badge - " 25 Maio 1967 Leoes De Lisboa - 40 Aniversario ".

The details were likewise replicated on official replica shirts for the fans to purchase.

However , due to UEFA Champions League restrictions on strip embroidery , the Celtic players wore an identical shirt but without the aforementioned embroidery around the badge during their European matches.

This shirt is finished in the traditional domestic ' Green & White ' hooped styling WITH the aforementioned embroidery applied.

The round neck and sleeve trimmings are finished in white.

The usual Nike Swoosh logo is located on the right hand side upper chest section and fully embroidered in Black coloured Silk type threading.

The club badge is sited on the left hand side upper chest section and fully embroidered in Emerald Green , White and Black coloured silk type threading.

The special gold embroidery circles the badge.

The clubs then ' Carling ' sponsorship logo is located on the central chest section and finished in Black , White , Emerald Green and Gold coloured padded felt type material.

The front bottom right hand side of the shirt , above the hem line , displays the words ' Nike Fit ' which are fully embroidered in Black coloured silk type threading.

Located on the front bottom left hand side of the shirt are the letters and numbers " For it's a grand old team to play for " - The Tunnel. Estadio Nacional 25 May 1967  The detailing is finished in raised gold coloured felt written over a yellow coloured star.

This quotation relates to the Celtic players famously singing the words of ' The Celtic Song ' within the tunnel , in front of the Inter Milan players , prior to going onto the field for the Cup Final.

The rear neck area displays ' Celtic 1967 Lisbon ' in a gold coloured pvc type material.

Nakamuras name and number 25 are detailed in the official black and white Scottish Premier League printing.

The shirt also displays the official Lextra Player Issue ' Champions ' version Clydesdale Bank Scottish Premier League armpatches on both sleeves.

The shirt comes supplied in an Adult's size Extra Large ( XL )

I've measured the shirt laid flat , from under armpit to under armpit and noted it measures approximately 24 inches ( 24" ) across the chest.

The shirt will therefore fit someone with a chest size up to a 48 inch ( 48" ) chest.
