SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
SHIPPING PROCESS - All in stock items will be shipped by Airmail through HONGKONG POST within 24 to 48 BUSINESS hours upon receipt of your clear payment.
- An order update (shipping notification e-mail) will be sent by eBay as soon as the order is shipped.
- All international order ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME frame at about 2-4 WEEKS on average, this is not guaranteed.
- All International orders are subject to customs inspection; this will delay your package arrival. In some extreme cases, packages were delayed for over 30 days due to complicated customs clearance process.
- Please allow up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS to receive your order before inquiring as we are unable to trace packages before this time.
SHIPPING POLICY- Please note that postal service is out of our control. The ETA date varies and it subjects to customs clearance and workload of the local postal service. Hence, please expect there will be shipping time variations among different eBay senders or from your past experiences with us.
- TRACKING NUMER can only be provided if buyer is agreed to pay for the postal insurance USD2.00/GBP1.50. Please contact us before making the payment for tracking service.
- To ensure your package delivery, we RECOMMEND purchasing the insurance with tracking # for buyer from Brazil, France, Israel, Eastern Europe, South America and Canada, Russia.
- Please note that we are limited to making sure your package is sent out in the most efficient manner possible but cannot assume responsibility or make guarantees with regards to shipment arrival dates.
- All packages will go to PayPal confirmed address. Please VERIFY YOUR ADDRES on PayPal before bidding.
- Orders that are returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.
- If you refused the order during delivery, no refunds will be issued and additional shipping/handling fees will be applied to reship the package.
