We use Royal Mail 24/48 for our standard delivery and we always get proof of postage. All items are shipped same day if ordered before 2.30pm except Weekends and holidays. Royal Mail Tracked Available Upon request

- Returns Policy
- All returns/exchanges must be reported within 3 days of purchase date.
- Returns/exchanges will only be processed with the completed returns form supplied with purchase.
- Any return/exchange received after 14 days of purchase date without prior notice will not be processed.
- Returns only accepted if item is unused & deemed to be in full resalable condition with all tags still attached.
- If an item is not in original condition and packaging and tags removed a refund/exchange will not be issued.
- Unless the item is faulty all refunds given will be less our original postage cost.
- Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

- We then inspect the returned item to check it is in original condition with all tags still attached.
