Shipping Policy

1) Worldwide EMS Expedited Shipping (Tracking number provided)
- Oceania: 3~6 working days/ Asia: 3~8 working days/ North America: 3~6 working                           days/ South America: 10~60 working days/ Europe: 4~12 working days/ Russia: 6~24 working days/ Israel: 8~12 working days
2) Standard/Economy Shipping by Korea Post (Tracking number provided)
- USA :9~20days/ United Kingdom :10 ~22 days/ Australia :8~29days/ France :11~33days
/ Germany :10~22days/ Russian Federation :10~29 days/ Canada : 13~25 days
/ Singapore:10~20days/ Brazil : 10~40days
* Some countries(Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Honduras, Kuwait, Uruguay, El Salvador,Iceland,etc)
   are not in EMS coverage. Items can be sent to those countries by UPS at extra charge.
* Handling time : 1 working day(2~3 days for some items)
* Handling and delivery can be delayed on weekends and holidays.
* Delivery can be delayed due to customs in your country. If you don't receive your
   item within the estimated delivery date, please contact us via eBay Message.

Return Policy

At our store, our goal is to ensure Full satisfaction with your purchase.
We offer Exchange or Repair when there is the defects of the item or misrepresentation on listings.
When a buyer changes his or her mind or wants to return the item without any problem,
all return items for a refund must be "UNOPENED and NEW CONDITION"  in their original box including all packing materials. Shipping is NOT refundable.
All returns should be discussed and agreed upon with us.

Customs &Duties

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

2 ) Instead of box, in many cases, air cap is used for packing.
It remarkably lowers probability of opening by the customs officer.

Warranty

We provide 1 year of warranty for most items in our store.
Because our products are designed for Korean market, International warranty is NOT available.
1. If an item is a defective product in the first place, which is a manufacturing defect, the item will be exchanged or repaired for free and the shipping cost will be reimbursed.
2. If an item breaks down or does not operate in a normal way within 1 year, because of a user's mishandling,
the item can be repaired. Depending on cases, repairing fee can be charged by the user (we will try to repair it at the lowest price as possible).
The shipping cost should be covered by the user.
