On Aug-13-14 at 06:17:02 PDT, seller added the following information:I have been receiving a lot of questions regarding the motor to this buggy - I bought this off a company that was installing electric motors in these - motors that I have been told that fit - fiat 500 motors (same transmission) and John Deere Gator motors. The fiat 500 motors also came with a turbo (or supercharged - can't remember which). You can find them here on eBay complete with low miles - Trans - ECM for around $2k. Hope this helps!
