Shipping Policies Handling: Orders ship out within 1 business day (unless specified otherwise). All shipping takes place on business days, not on weekends or holidays. If you are outside of the US please note we have absolutely no control over customs; how long they take or how they assess packages; so please understand this and be patient in receiving your order.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be uploaded to eBay. You can locate the tracking number by looking up the order details in your eBay account. 

Change Address request: PayPal requires us to ship to the address that they send us in order to be covered under their seller protection program. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address is correct before making the purchase.

Signature: In most cases a signature in person is required for delivery. If you will not be home during the day to sign for the package, please have the item shipped to your work address instead. We will not take off a signature requirement; there are no exceptions to this rule.

Condition

All of the items we sell are brand new and unopened unless otherwise specified. We do not sell “factory seconds”, “B-Stock” “replicas” or “second quality” items. If the item says “New” under item condition then that means it is a brand new item exactly like the one you would find in your local retail store, the only difference is that our price is much lower!

Tax:

We charge New York Sales Tax only. Only if your shipping address is in New York then you will be charged sales tax (billing address will not be taken into account).

All electrical items that we sell are U.S. Voltage only unless otherwise specified in the listing. Region Codes and Maps are all made for North America unless otherwise specified in the listing. Please keep the above in mind when purchasing.

International Shipping rates:Click on the Shipping and payments tab to the right of the description tab and select your country from the dropdown menu to see the shipping costs. If your country is not listed that means we do not ship to your country.

International Tax/Duty/Customs: Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges (unless you are using eBay Global Shipping). These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
