Postage is via Royal Mail and will be shipped same day for purchases made before 2pm Monday - Friday, I do post on a Saturday but due to limited Post Office open times can not guarantee a same day postage.

Payments should be made via Paypal in GBP (British Pounds) within two (2) working days.

Returns are excepted but items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them and be in original, resalable condition with tags attached and intact. Return postage costs or postage for exchanges are to be paid by the buyer, refunds will be made at the original purchase price excluding P+P after the item(s) has been received and inspected.

Please note due to hygiene reasons there will be no refunds/exchanges on Underwear, Hosiery, Swimwear and Earrings.

In line with Royal Mail Lost mail policies in the case of missing or delayed items refunds will only be issued once a period of 14 days from the estimated date of delivery has passed without the item being delivered (21 days for International buyers), buyers will be required to sign a declaration from Royal Mail confirm the item did not arrive.
