Payment Policies

We have a number of options for payments.  We accept Paypal, as a preference.  If you would like to use any of the options, other than paypal, please feel free to contact us, and arrangements will be made. All NYS residents are required to pay the NYS tax.

Shipping

Shipping Policies

Items generally require one handling day. In most circumstances, an item can be shipped out on the same day as payment is received. This usually occurs if payment is received before 4:00PM EST. Before an item is shipped, it is inspected. Watches are checked to make sure that the movement is working properly, and that everything is functioning as it should. If it’s a watch that runs on batteries, a new battery is installed, free of charge. Should there be any issues, you will be contacted immediately.  Items are only shipped once payment has been cleared.

Domestic Shipping

US domestic shipments are sent via FedEx 2nd day option, and sometimes overnight, free of charge. All items are securely packaged and come with a free gift box, and all shipments are fully insured and require direct signature by an adult. Please make sure that someone is home to answer the door when item arrives. Items will not be left at the doorstep. NYC Luxury Watches does NOT ship to PO Box, APO, and FPO. Combined shipping is available if you are purchasing more than one item. Please make sure that your address is PayPal verified and is cleared by PayPal. For credit card payments, shipments will be made to the address listed on the license that matches that which is on the credit card.

International Shipping

NYC Luxury Watches is NOT responsible for any customs, import, duties, or any other taxes you may incur with shipping to your country. All of these taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will be at the buyer’s expense. Please check with your country to find out more on the import and custom taxes. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost you paid us for your merchandise and shipping. If you refuse to pay custom duties and release the package, you will be charged extra shipping and a possible restocking fee.  All international shipments have a flat rate fee, which is generally posted on the item’s page individually. All international shipments are sent with FedEx International Priority. All shipments come with insurance and require a signature. Items are only shipped after payment is cleared.  We ship worldwide. Please make sure that your country allows for jewelry and watches to be shipped to you.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most* items within 14 days of the date your order was received for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. An item may be shipped back for an exchange if buyer would like. You may return your item to NYC Luxury Watches for a refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number.  If product is damaged from shipment please contact NYC Luxury Watches immediately so that the proper course of action may be taken.  Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund or new item will be processed within a few business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed and your money will be refunded to the original form of payment.

** Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Engraved merchandise may not be returned. Returns without a Return Authorization Number or merchandise that is improperly packaged will not be accepted for return. Returns that have not been approved by NYC Luxury Watches will not be accepted. Returns without prior consent from NYC Luxury Watches will not be accepted.

Items that are sold for more than $15,000 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customer Service

General Notice

All items that are shown on the NYC Luxury Watches page are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. NYC Luxury Watches does not and has not sold or sell anything that is counterfeited or fake. All watches are inspected before they are listed. They are checked to make sure that the movement is working properly and that the watch is authentic. If there are any modifications made to the watch, such as, but not limited to, addition of diamonds, change of dial, bezel, or band, they will be explicitly stated in the listing. If you have any questions about that, please feel free to contact us.

Please note that all products shipped are carefully checked, tested, inspected and packaged before being packaged and shipped.  All of the watches are inspected by a master watch maker that we have onsite; batteries are replaced at no additional charge, and movement is checked to make sure that everything is working properly. If there are any damages you will be notified immediately.

Disclosure and Disclaimer

NYX Luxury Watches is neither affiliated with nor a factory authorized dealer for any brand it sells or offers for sale. BYC Luxury Watches is not an official jeweler for any watch it sells. The manufacturer's warranty is no longer valid and NYC Luxury Watches is the sole warrantor of the watches sold. All watches and watch items sold are previously purchased, pre-owned and/or used even if they appear unused or new. NYC Luxury Watches is not an authorized dealer for the brands offered, and we cannot advertise the watches we sell as new. Thus, the watches we sell are used, but some of them are unworn. The Manufacturer's warranty will not be honored on the watches sold by NYC Luxury Watches.

Some of the watches listed here have been modified by NYC Luxury Watches. Therefore, the buyer should know that the Brand did not produce the timepiece as represented. The purchaser should not represent their timepiece customized NYC Luxury Watches as an original design of the originating manufacture as it is a custom design. NYC Luxury Watches is not affiliated with any of the Brands listed in our catalogue. NYC Luxury Watches does not claim our customized timepiece product to be an original product of the Brand represented.  Therefore there is no confusion as to their origination as NYC Luxury Watches does not intend and has no intention of violating any intellectual property or trademark laws.
