We do our best at accurately describing the "general" condition of our posters. We assign a condition to each poster which is applicable to a "generalized condition" category - this is always noted in the poster description detail.
The condition rating chart we use is the following:
NM: Poster is crisp, clean and almost perfect.
EX: Poster is new and has never been displayed. Image is excellent. May have very slight imperfections.
VG+: New and never displayed. Very slight edge wear - image is excellent.
VG: Minor - edge wear / corner bumps / slight imperfections - image is excellent.
G: Edge wear / corner bumps and/or slight creasing - shows some signs of aging.
F: Shows signs of wear with minor damage, but still too good to ditch.
P: Has characteristics of FAIR condition but with irreversible damage or wear. Has historic / nostalgic value for a serious collector.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal payments exclusively. (We do NOT accept Personal Checks). Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. Payment MUST arrive within 4 days after the purchase date. Unless you contact us and offer a valid explanation why payment may be delayed, the appropriate steps will be taken in accordance to the non payment process in accordance with the buying policies on this site.
DISCOUNTS: We run special promotions and discounts on our posters, as well as shipping discounts. We do not currently accept offers on individual listings. However, if you are interested in purchasing multiple posters contact us for the discounted rate.
SHIPPING: At ROCK-ON-COLLECTIBLES we arrived at our shipping rates by calculating the size, weight, protective packaging and type of service for each item. Customer care is foremost and we want your purchase to arrive in the same condition it leaves our store. All items are shipped in brand new materials, i.e. poster tubes, flat mailers, etc.
We will combine shipping when possible and discount the shipping cost. Large orders may need to be shipped in multiple packages or in flat mailers. Shipping fees will increase incrementally, based on weight and size. If you have any questions about our shipping services please feel free to contact us.
We also ship worldwide. To determine the shipping rate for your country, simply go to the Shipping and Handling Area tab and it should display the shipping charges for your country (restrictions apply). Please note that all international orders will be shipped Int'l. Priority Mail because the package is over 4 pounds which we are required to ship using this service, this is the post office rule not ours.
FOREIGN CUSTOMS / DUTY / VALUE: In accordance with the law, the merchandise full value and information will be disclosed on all customs forms. We will not falsify customs documents, duty and tax charged by your country is the buyer's responsibility. HOURS OF OPERATION: Our store hours are Monday - Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM Central Standard Time. Items purchased outside of normal business hours, over a weekend or a holiday will be processed the next business day. |
