• At SJ Toys Zone we offer FAST DISPATCH service to you.
• We are able to send most packages with NEXT DAY DISPATCH. Even better that orders made before 12 noon Melbourne time on a business day will be dispatched on the SAME DAY.
• Please allow 1-3 extra working days despatch during October, November & December. We are working even harder during Christmas season to serve all our valued customer with first class customer service.
• In most cases, delivery to Australia metro areas can be expected the day after dispatch, however, remote areas can be expected approximately 1-7 working days after the order is dispatched.

Returns

• We will REFUND any purchase within 14 days of arrival at destination without asking any question, as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened yet, but shipping fee cannot be refunded as it is already paid to the courier to deliver the item.
• We will EXCHANGE products within 2 months of purchase as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging. Shipping cost to resend the product to the customer will be covered by the customer.
• If the product is DAMAGED or FAULTY, freight cost to return the product for a Refund or Exchange will be covered by us. Returns must be received by SJ Toys Zone within 21 days of dispatch.
• We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels, because it is beyond our control. Please send back to us via our recommended method or a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

Warranty

Shopping with SJ Toys Zone is hassle free. If you experience a problem with one of our products after the first 30 days, there is no need to worry. Simply contact our customer service team and if your product is still within its warranty period you will be able to ship it back for immediate exchange or store credit, no worries.

Please ensure that you contact our team prior to posting the goods. Products must be returned to SJ Toys Zone within 21 days after the claim was approved.
