PACKING POSTAGE AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
I always pack very carefully to avoid disappointment (see my feedback) . I use new bubble wrap and recycle boxes where I can. This care and attention is reflected in the P+P charges so if you are not comfortable with the P+P quoted please refrain from bidding.
My objective is to get the item to you in excellent condition
NOTE E-bay charge a fee of 10% on P+P fees coupled with Paypal (approx 5%) and these fees are reflected in my charges.
Please note when I quote for international P+P this does not include any import or customs fees which are entirely the responsibility of the purchasers. Delivery time estimates do not include possible delays due to custom procedures etc. The International postage quoted in the listing is based on Royal Mail Small Parcel Service.
If you are purchasing multiple items from me and you want combined postage you should request an invoice before paying so I can calculate the correct P+P charges for you.
If you live in Italy, Korea, China, Thailand, Turkey or a South American Country there will be additional P+P costs of £5.50 as I will use a "signed for" service for you. Please request a revised invoice before paying. If you do not do this you will be taking the risk of your item getting lost in transit.
Other international purchasers who would like a "signed for" postal service please request a P+P quote before paying.
I can not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post. I always keep proof of postage. I will however endeavour to help with any insurance claim for lost items and will re-imburse costs when payment is made by courier.

I do accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
If you are returning items due to errors or omissions on my part I am happy to accept returns and will give a full refund of original purchase price, original postage and return postage provided you return the item to me in the condition that they were dispatched.
If returning for any other reasons you the purchaser will bear return postage costs.
