Thanks for looking at my auction. I am a Pennsylvania used vehicle dealer and I work differently than most dealers. I offer all my vehicles for sale on eBay. These vehicles are mostly trade-ins from local new car dealerships and other dealers in the area. I buy and sell these vehicles "as-traded". They have not been serviced (unless otherwise specified), detailed, or fixed up for retail sale. I drive every one of my sale vehicles and write a thorough description including the good and bad of the vehicle. I try to accurately describe any mechanical issues to the best of my ability, but I am not a mechanic. Please understand that these are used vehicles. They are not perfect. They have the wear and tear associated with age and mileage.

Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a very nice looking 2wd Dodge Dakota pickup. This extended cab truck has the 3.9L V6 engine, automatic transmission, and a matching bed cap. This is one of the nicest looking Dakotas I’ve seen in a long time. It looks good inside and out. It has a few blemishes, but overall, I’d say it is in very good condition for the age and miles.

As you can see in the pictures, the black paint is dark and has a nice gloss. It has a contrasting red pinstripe (well, it was red originally, it has faded toward pink now) and a matching bed cap. There is a spot behind the passenger front tire that has been repaired. It isn’t noticeable from a few feet away, but up close you can tell. The chrome bumpers and wheels shine and make a great contrast. The tires are a matching set with good tread all around. The bed has a heavy plastic bed liner. The tailgate opens and closes easily, but the hatch for the cap does not stay up on its own.

The interior of the truck is in very good shape. The previous owner clearly knew how to keep it clean. The carpets and seats have no holes or stains. The seats are comfortable. There is no smell of cigarettes or pet odors. The headliner is sagging, but that is pretty much a standard feature at this point. The heater works well. This truck is A/C equipped, but I am unable to tell you if it blows cold since the temperatures are still below freezing here.

Mechanically, this truck feels solid. The 3.9L V6 engine fires up easily. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering is smooth and does not feel loose. The brakes stop well.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced and has a warranty. You will pay considerably less this way, but understand our vehicles are sold AS-IS and do not carry any kind of warranty.

Vehicles ten model years old and older are exempt from odometer disclosure, this is a federal law.  Mileage may be listed as "exempt" or "TMU" on titles for vehicles older than ten model years old.  Should we have reason to believe that mileage listed for a vehicle is inaccurate, this will be disclosed within the written description provided for the vehicle regardless of the odometer status listed on the title.

We go out of our way to provide as detailed of a description as possible as well as posting 40-60 photos of each vehicle. Please wait to place your bid until you are completely comfortable.

By placing a bid on our auction, you assert that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions as well as eBay's Terms & Conditions; you assert that you understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle; and you assert that you have asked all questions PRIOR to placing your bid. Additionally, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should you be the winning bidder.

In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time, while the auction is live or after the auction closes. The seller may, at its sole discretion, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on this or future auctions.

Winning Bidders:

Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.

PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.

Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.

Non-paying Bidders:

We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.

We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.

For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.  We can issue them at our office.
