1. Our Mud Pie items were packed and sealed carefully. Returns are not
accepted for missing bags, tags and hangers.
2. For any brands: returned merchandise MUST be in original conditions:
unwashed, unworn, unused. For items that have tags,hangers, and bags,
returned items MUST include tags, hangers and bags also
3. Return items must be sent back to us within 14 days of
delivery. Customers will be responsible for shipping
charges on returned items. 4. Shipping charges are NOT
refundable even for FREE SHIPPING ITEMS. Once we receive returned items, we will credit
the customer's account for the amount paid on for returned
items MINUS shipping cost we paid to the freight carriers. 5. Customer should
contact us before return, otherwise, there will be a delay in refund. 6.
Packing slip or customer notes must be included in the returned package OR
we do NOT know who you are. 7. If you buy 3 or more outfits, contact us for some
discount. Thank you.
*** For international Buyers
Rules #1 to #7 above applied plus: #8 Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
We are NOT held reliable for these charges (If ANY) #9 DUE TO HIGH LOSS
OF SHIPPING TO BRAZIL , South American countries, the Middle East
Countries and some other countries (Cyprus, India...) , we ONLY ship via Priority International Mail to these
countries. The defaut shipping setting on eBay is for First Class Mail only. We
will calculate the shipping cost and MAY collect additional few dollars to
