Description

Brand new replacement pinch roller rubber ring service we provide to rebuild your own pinch rollers. Just ship your bad pinch rollers to us and we'll rebuilt them within 48 hours and ship them back to you. We're authorized US dealer that have been trained by manufacturer to provide quality service. We're located in MA and will send the rebuilt rollers to you with free 1st Class shipping. The only extra cost you pay is for shipping the item to us 1 way.


Here is a few simple steps we have to take to replace your old bad rubber roller for the new one. That is also shown at the photos below :


1.we'll remove your pinch roller from your deck

2.we'll use a knife to cut out the old bad rubber from the metal core
3.we'll use an acetone thinner, acid solvent or alcohol to clean the rest of the rubber from your core
4.we'll use soup water to help you slide the new rubber roller over your metal core and that push down firmly until you make it flat on both sides
5.we'll ship the rebuilt rollers to you
5.now you're ready to reinstall your complete pinch roller on your deck
