Ebay uses the feedback system for rating purposes and due to customer misunderstanding and opinions, sometimes feedbacks are incorrectly left which is unfair to the seller, as mentioned all products we sell are authentic and can be further checked with the brand owner or local goverment trading standards department, please only purchase if you are confident as with doubtful customers we do not want to be left negative feedback on basis of product being a fake/counterfeit/copy etc as this with our products is NOT a true fact, hence the customer has the option to take the product for further inspection, we just don't want to be treated unfairly as we are selling authentic products.

DELIVERY:

We Use Royal Mail to send our orders, uk orders with uk post code are sent by recorded delivery and international orders are sent by international signed for delivery. All items sent are insured, but no claim can be made against royal mail until after 21 working days from despatch date. To all customers please bear in mind that once we have sent your order it is out of our control to deliver the item as the courier royal mail becomes responsible. The majority of times parcels are delivered on time, but sometimes delivery problems can occur, for which we want customers to understand is not our fault and hence we don't want to recieve any negative feedback based on items being lost and/or delayed by royal mail, as again we just don't want to be treated unfairly. If parcel has not arrived after 21 working days than we will forward the claim to royal mail and communicate with our customer to resolve the problem. Most uk items are delivered within 10 working days and most international items are delivered within 14 working days, please understand that claims can only be submitted after 21 working days to royal mail for lost parcels and therefore in this matter have to be patient

RETURNS:

If not completely satisifed, please return item(s) unused in its packaging within 14 days starting from receipt of product(s). Postage costs are bourne by the customer for sending and receiving items unless a mistake has been made by us. If a geniune human error mistake has been made by us, please advise us by email and please DO NOT leave a negative feedback as we will happily resolve the problem with you on good terms and provide you with a fair resolution. On Returning the item(s), please email and advise if you wish to exchange the item(s) or have a refund. Please bear in mind the refund issued will deduct the amount of the original postage paid.
