A new era of high definition entertainment has arrived. The Blu-ray disc format has brought 720/1080p imagery and HD audio to our living rooms, and Freesat satellite services such as BBC-HD and ITV-HD are now broadcasting HD content. Panasonic now bring you the amazing DMR-BS850 which not only lets you watch Blu-ray movies, but receive HD Freesat broadcasts and record them to Blu-ray disc or the built-in hard disc. You can even pause live Freesat TV and, thanks to its twin tuner design, you can even record two programmes at once.

Blu-Ray performance is top-notch, supporting up to 1080p video, further enhanced with Panasonic's PHL Reference Chroma Processor Plus system, and Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio HD formats. Movies have never looked as good as this. Plus with the DMRBS850's Internet capabilities, you can access special BD-Live features and even use the built-in Viera Cast system to access online YouTube movies and Picassa photos. If that weren't enough there's also an SD card slot for viewing photos from your digital camera and a USB socket for playback of DivX movies and MP3 music from memory sticks or portable MP3 players. You can even copy these files to the hard disc allowing you to use the player as a JukeBox.

The high definition recording abilities of the DMRBS850 are revolutionary. Its built-in 500GB hard disc lets you record 74 hours of content in full HD lossless quality, or you can opt for various levels of compression, the highest allowing up to 240 hours to be recorded. You can also record in HD quality to BD-R/BD-RE recordable Blu-ray discs or in standard definition to recordable DVDs - perfect for sharing your recordings with friends who don't have a Blu-ray player. You can even record full 5.1 Dolby Digital/Plus soundtracks where broadcast. With its easy to use EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) and advanced Freesat+ features, the DMR BS850 also makes setting timer recordings and series recordings a piece of cake.

DELIVERY

All item we send are in good order when leaving our premises, any damage will therefore have been caused during the delivery process and will not be "our fault" When an item arrives by courier, please take a time to open it and confirm the goods are in good order before signing for them. If it is signed for and later found to be damaged NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE and we will not refund any money. Some drivers will not allow you to open the item to check it, if this happens sign your name with the word "UNCHECKED" next to it as then a claim can be made if damage is found later. If it is damaged, then sign for it as damaged and refuse delivery. If an item is not collected from the post office and the item is returned you will have to pay postage again.

WARRANTY

We guarantee these items to work on arrival as they are checked and packaged by us before listing and dispatch. We personally guarantee all purchases for 30 days from the receipt of goods, should the goods not be as described, fail to work and have not been subject to misuse or abuse. If an item does prove faulty when it is received then a replacement will be sent out once we have received the item back and confirmed its faulty and confirmed the serial number and our security mark.(We must be contacted within 7 Days of you receiving the item). Our items may or may not come with a manufacturer’s warranty card, however it is totally down to the manufacturer if they honour this warranty

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item. When a parcel leaves us, it leaves in perfect condition, When received if there is any damage to the parcel or packaging this would have happened whilst in transit, So please take a time to inspect your parcel before signing for it as no claims can be made if you accept a damaged parcel and don't sign for it as damaged., If you don’t have time to inspect the item please sign for it as unchecked, In the unlikely event of a item being faulty, when returning to us please ensure you include the item number in with the parcel as well as a description of the fault and your return address, failure to do this will result in a delay in replacing the item.. We will not accept items back if they are not in their original packaging. If an item is sent back and found not to be faulty then a 10% re testing/listing fee will be charged, Under no circumstances will return postage be refunded. We will only issue a refund for a item if we can’t offer a exact replacement, refunds are for the final ebay price and not for the postage. All items are discreetly security marked and serials number noted to aid fraud prevention and any attempted fraud reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
