POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:

We aim to dispatch your items the next working day or within 1- 2 working days of payment clearing. Items are posted Monday to Friday. On Bank Holidays, your purchase will be sent the next working day. We currently use Royal Mail 2nd Class on all our listings, unless otherwise stated. 

Delivery times:
1st Class : 2-4 Working days  (please note: it can take up to 15 working days and parcel is not considered as lost until after 15 business days)

2nd Class: 4-10 Working days (please note: it can take up to 15 working days and parcel is not considered as lost until after 15 business days)

Express Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery :1-2 Working days  (please note: it can take up to 10 working days and parcel is not considered as lost until after 10 business days)

Please bear in mind that at busy times Royal Mail may take slightly longer to deliver, and this delivery time should not be reflected in our detailed seller ratings. 
As per Royal Mail 's policy, an item is not considered as lost until after 15 business days.

If you do not receive your item past 15 business days after dispatch date we will make a claim at the Post Office. Once the claim gets accepted we will send you another product – we don’t issue a refund (unless the product is not available). By making a purchase in our store you accept this policy.
