Helmet Sizing Tips
Your helmet should be a snug fit, not too tight and not too loose. A proper fitting helmet is critical to the comfort and enjoyment of your helmet. It will maximize safety and minimize wind noise.

How To Measure Your Head

  • Get a flexible measuring tape. If you do not have one, then you can use a piece of string or tape 2 pieces of paper together. Then mark it and measure it against a ruler.
  • Measure the widest part of your head, right above your ears and 1 inch above your eyebrows. Don't make the tape too tight or too loose. Measure a few times for an accurate measurement.
  • Use the manufacturer's size chart to find the recommended size. The size chart is provided by the manufacturer. Since our head shapes vary and so do the helmets, the size chart does not guarantee perfect fit. Use the size chart as a guide only.
  • If your head measurement is between 2 sizes, then general rule is to size down to achieve a snug fit.
Test Your Helmet
  • Put the helmet on by grasping the chin strap in each hand and pulling it on over your ears until you feel the top portion of the helmet touch. It's too tight, if your head does not touch the top of the helmet. If you cannot pull the helmet down over your ears or if it is painful in anyway, then you probably need the next size larger.
  • Securely fasten the chin strap, grasp the helmet chin bar or sides firmly with one hand and try to move the helmet from side to side and up and down. If it is too large, the helmet will slide on your skin and hair. If your scalp and skin want to move with the helmet, then the fit is about right.
  • Reach back to the back of helmet and try to rotate the helmet as far down and forward as possible, then as far backward as possible. If the helmet feels as if it might slide off in either direction, the helmet is either too big or the chin strap was not securely fastened.

RETURN POLICY

If your item is still new with tags attached, you may return your item within 30 days of the order date. If the item is in used condition with tags unattached, your return may not be accepted and may be returned to you C.O.D. or refused. Final Sale or No Return items will not be accepted. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Please package the item properly to avoid shipping damage. Helmets should be placed in a helmet bag, open side down in the helmet box.

You may process your return through eBay Returns option. Or include your order name, eBay Sales Record # and return request. No RA# is required.

We ship daily Monday - Friday. Most items will ship within 1 business day. Other items may have 2-3 day handing time. You can check the eBay handling time for the handling time on a specific item.

If we offer FREE Shipping, this only applies to the 48 contiguous states. HI, AK, & PR may have free shipping or other options available. For these and other US states, please contact us for shipping options. 

Overnight Shipping: USPS Express estimates most areas as 1 business day. Some areas are 2 business days. We also offer UPS and FedEx. Send us an eBay message or call us for a quote.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is returned to us, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs before bidding or buying.

First Class Mail International - Delivery times varies by location. Most areas tend to take 1-4 weeks for delivery. Although rare, some shipments can take up to 12 weeks or longer. USPS does not have a time limit for this type of service.

Priority Mail International - USPS estimates 6-10 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included. 

Priority Mail Express International - USPS estimates 3-5 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included.

Lost / Shipping Damage / Defective Items: Please notify us if your package is lost or damaged. For shipping damage or item defects, please send us a picture of the damage and shipping box immediately after receiving your item. Also contact your delivery service immediately to report any shipping damage.

PAYMENT


We prefer Paypal and you may make a payment directly with Paypal using a debit card or credit card. We also accept credit cards via eBay secured merchant Authorize.net.

Payment is due within 4 days or a unpaid item notice is sent automatically by our system. If payment is not made, the item is still available for purchase.

Kansas orders are charged 7.3% Sales Tax.
