Although we can accept payment with any major Debit / Credit card through our website, we're only able to accept PayPal payments through eBay.

Orders will be shipped once we've had confirmation from PayPal that the funds have cleared.

We place our trust in a number of couriers to deliver your items in a timely manner.

We will select the most suitable courier for your order, this may depend on your location, the size & weight of the order etc.

We do offer an express service on most items which you can choose at the checkout.

We offer free delivery to UK mainland address. Delivery charges will apply to Non-UK Mainland addresses. Please contact us prior to purchase for prices.

Returns

Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, please contact us first either through eBay or on 01618865815 and we will try our utmost to resolve any issue with your order . 

We will accept returns/refunds within 30 days of purchase. If you feel that your item is defective, we will require photographic evidence in ALL cases before authorising a refund. If the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing error we will arrange for collection through one of our carriers, please do not return the item to us yourself. 

In order for us to accept a return, we will require that you to print off postage labels that we send to you. 

Please re-pack the item with care using all original packaging and enclose the invoice.

Return postage will be paid by the buyer in all cases unless there is a manufacturing fault or the order is damaged in transit. 

If you are returning the item to us for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of postage.

Upon receipt of the item, we shall refund the cost of the item after checking the item thoroughly. 

By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to our return polic details and we will not accept any returns nor will we refund any money unless ALL of our policies are adhered to.

Faults

Although it's rare, mistakes can occur. If for any reason the item you receive is incorrect due to an error on our part, then please get in touch with us.

Before opening a case / dispute with eBay please send us a message through eBay, email us at returns@back2bath.co.uk or call us on 0161 886 5815, and, if agreed, we will cover your return postage. 

We will arrange for collection of your item by one of our carriers and do not return the item to us yourself. 

You will be required to print off postage labels in order for us to accept a return. 

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and a refund will be issued after inspection of the goods. We will require photographic evidence in all cases before authorising a refund. All original packaging must be used and the invoice must be enclosed.
