DAUGHTER OF HIS WIFE MARIA JOSEPHA, WHO HAD BEEN PRINCESS OF SAXONY BEFORE
HER MARRIAGE. SADLY BOTH CHILDREN DIED VERY YOUNG. -
THE GRANDFATHER - AUGUST III. OF SAXONY - ORDERED THE GIRL'S AS WELL AS THE
BOY'S BUST FROM KAENDLER WHO MADE THE MODEL AROUND 1755-61.

In case of damage you need to do the following procedure:
1. The circumstance of having received a damaged item requires from buyer to
send us pictures demonstrating the whole extent of damage as well as inside
and outside of packing. Keep the package in original condition, please,
until having received special instructions and further notice.
2. File a damage complaint, please, at your local post office or at shippers
office from which you have received the parcel. It is common that you will
receive a form where you will be asked to describe damage / packing material
/ causales of damages etc. Fax me a copy of this form, please: My fax number

3. Send me a written quote, please, of the local restorer with regard to
repair costs as well as to estimated value diminuation caused by damage if
it possible.

3. Senden Sie mir bitte eine schriftliche Expertise eines lokalen
Restaurierers mit Angaben sowohl der Reparaturkosten als auch der durch den
Schaden verursachten Wertminderung sofern das möglich ist.
