Postage / Shipping discounts:

Our Postage & Packing rates include our time, packing materials, printing of postage labels and transport to the Royal Mail parcel office.

At Ebay's behest we offer an express delivery service.  This is a very expensive option as it includes dedicated handling and transport to the parcel office. 

We cannot control the performance of the postal services and shippers and we cannot entertain "time is of the essence" challenges nor guarantee delivery dates.  We do however make every effort to pack and post you item  quickly.

We may at our discretion use an alternative delivery service or provider than advertised, with equal or better delivery times.

International buyers are responsible for customs clearance and any import duties and tax.

We are not able to facilitate collections by any member of the public, even local ones.

Please allow 10 days after making your payment before informing us that there has been no delivery.

The most common reason for "postal delay" other than bad weather, public holidays or the run up to Christmas is when a delivery has been attempted whilst you were out. Please contact your neighbours and local Royal Mail Parcel Office in the first instance. Or another member of the household has put the item aside and forgot to tell you.

For items returned to us because they are non-deliverable we will invite you to:

• Pay the postage to resend the goods to you or,
• If we don't hear from you within 30 days we will refund you minus expenses we have incurred.

We shall have no liability arising from the delay or non-delivery of your order other than replacement of goods or refund at our discretion.

If the item you received is dead on arrival or damaged in transit please do not use it, keep everything and let us know as soon as you can.

We do not resolve defects, damage or claims that are the result of deliberate tampering, neglect or misuse, or where the goods have been used for a purpose other than advertised, or where manufacturer's instructions, guides or our good advice has not been followed.

Please contact us to arrange a return within 14 days purchase.

You will be asked to return the item to us at your expense as we do not refund return postage / shipping costs.

We advise you to obtain a Royal Mail proof of posting certificate - it's free and covers loss or damage in the post.

Most returns are straightforward arrangements, however we have the right to decline a return request if:

1. You have removed the manufacturer's packaging, broached seals or have not taken good care, such that the goods can no longer be resold at the originally sale price.
2. You have exceeded 14 days to request a return.
3. The item is exempted under regulation 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations i.e. digital recording media and software, etc.

We reserve the right to make a charge for any returned goods that are damaged in transit or are never received or to cover our re-stocking cost.

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (Not Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, bank holidays, Christmas Day etc).

Despite our best efforts product photographs may not display as accurately as we would like on your screen - this particularly applies to colours and especially metal.

We respect your privacy. We and our partners will only use the information you have provided for the purpose of fulfilling your order and after sale care.

Wholesale / large quantities - please let us know your requirement and we will be happy to quote separately for you.

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
