• We offer a 5 day DOA exchange policy (All shipping/handling cost are the buyer's responsibility)
• DOA item must be returned for RMA inspection
• If exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued less shipping/handling

• International buyers must pay buy wire transfer.
• For Canadian & US buyers, we accept Paypal up to $500.00 US Max.
• Auctions over US$500.00 must pay by wire transfer within 48 business hours from auction close.
• Payment must be received by our bank within 72 business hours after auction closes.
• If payment terms are not met, item will be relisted or offered to the under bidder without further notice.
• An Unpaid Item Dispute WILL be filed for ALL unpaid items after 7 days as allowed by eBay and are subject to relisting
• Ontario Residents please add 13%HST.
• Customs brokerage fees and duty charges may apply.

• Canadian and US Buyers to prepay actual shipping costs. 
• Loading , Skidding, Crating or Special Packaging  Fee may apply to the item being auctioned if required. Charges will be determined according to the size and sensitivity of the item.
• Item will be shipped 3-5 business days after payment has been secured.
• Insurance is offered at an additional cost and must be requested by the buyer in advance to shipping.
