* Shipping times are estimates from past customers order dates to when they actually receive the product. The other USPS shipping times quoted on EBay come directly from USPS and are found to often be inaccurate.  Studio AMG cannot be held responsible for delays in the shipment caused by the 3rd party shipping companies or the customs process.

 Delivery time can vary and is greatly affected by both, the infrastructure of the shipping services and the customs process, in the destination country. 

The buyer is fully responsible for obtaining information regarding customs charges in their country and paying any associated fees, Studio AMG does not pay the customs charge.  If you have questions about customs or need assistance, contact us on Skype.

In the event that an item is more expensive to ship, the buyer will either be responsible for covering the additional costs to ship the item, or have the option to cancel the transaction entirely.  Please confirm international shipping prices before bidding or buying by sending your destination shipping address and your desired shipping method that we offer.

In the event that a buyer chooses to return an item within 14 days, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees back to our facility where the returned package will be inspected by our staff; this includes international buyers. If the item is deemed resalable as the condition in which it was sold, a refund will be given minus the original cost of shipping to the customer. In the case that the item cannot be resold in its original condition, a restocking fee and the original cost of shipping to the customer will be subtracted from the refund amount. This restocking fee starts at 20%, and may be higher depending on the condition of the item upon return (i.e. broken seals, ripped packaging, damaged product, missing accessories, etc.). If a package reaches the destination country and is refused by the buyer or is returned, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of all shipping charges to and from the country.

In an event the unit needs to be serviced under the manufacturer warranty, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and paying for any shipping fees associated with service or repair. Your receipt from PayPal is the only receipt that is issued and is used for proof of purchase with manufacturers.
