This custom set of black spinners DOES REQUIRE FABRICATION to assemble and install these to your wheels. First, It is important to note that the threaded base needs a mountable surface area of 1.5" , You will need to secure the threaded cap base using a screw, bolt, rivet or glue/adhesive that is not included. There are 2 pre drilled holes in the threaded cap base for you to use. Second you install the spinner by threading it onto the base.
