    Changed your mind?

    With our 30-day money-back policy if you change your mind within 30 days just return the product to us in an 'as new' condition (unused and resaleable), including all packaging, instructions and accessories with proof of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or refund.

    This may be returned to one of our many stores nationwide or you may call or email our customer service team to receive a returns authorisation number.

    Return postage charges must be met by the Customer.

    Is this bulb suitable for what I need?
    This bulb has a GU10 fitting. It features two pins, spaced 10mm apart, and uses a twist and lock fitting, most commonly found in 240V spotlights.

    Providing a 38-degree beam angle, this bulb will give the same output as a halogen, in a soft warm white colour, this bulb is ideal for completely lighting up your whole living area, in a bedroom, lounge or dining room. It provides a yellowish light which is closer to the more traditional bulbs making it a popular choice for lighting around the home. 2,700K is close to a standard filament bulb colour temperature.

    This is a dimmable bulb, allowing it to be dimmed and brightened when fitted to a compatible dimmer switch. This bulb can also be used in non-dimmable circuits.
