Plus the following five pegboards: Butterfly, Car, Flower, Mouse and Seahorse. Age 5+

We are now so busy on line that we have closed the bricks and mortar store to concentrate on the internet. Payment

We only accept Paypal on eBay; please do not use any of the other options. If you encounter a problem please email us. We try to answer all our emails within 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply we have not received your email- please try again as the system is not perfect.

Shipping

Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail 48 and is FREE for the UK Mainland. Additional charges may apply Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. You will be familiar with this excellent service but while most goods arrive after 2-5 working days a small number can take longer and the Royal Mail will not accept them as lost until 15 working days have expired- please bear this in mind when buying for birthdays/Christmas. DPD 24 Hour £4.99 In our opinion this is the best service available. You will receive an email on the delivery day with a one hour delivery time sent to you. This is usual very accurate and ensures you don?t wait in all day! Please note the service requires a signature and only delivers on weekdays. Friday orders will be delivered on the Monday. This is not a guaranteed next day service as it can take 1 day to dispatch- if you require urgent dispatch please put a note on to that effect and we will try to prioritize the order. We offer same day dispatch for all orders received before 1pm. Prices and shipping times will vary to non mainland UK destinations.

Returns

All goods are sent in good condition; if damage occurs during transit please inform us and the carrier within 48 hours. Please don?t sign for goods if they are damaged; get the carrier to add a note before you sign. We offer a 14 day return window from when you receive the goods. Please contact us, wrap the product well, obtain proof of postage and return it to us at- Jac in a Box, Gawsworth Business Court, North Rode, Congleton CW122NX. All of our toys are guaranteed for 3 months against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please email sales@jacinabox.co.uk and we will make arrangements to replace or refund the item.
