If you have a problem with the item you received, please contact us through eBay message and provide us with your complete device model and the photo of the item you received.
Shipping Charge is not refundable. All non-seller Fault Returns of non-defective merchandise like compatibility issues, item no longer needed, buyer bought wrong item, etc. will be subject to a restocking fee. It will be deducted from the amount of refund we will issue. Items should be returned within 30 business days upon receipt of the package and must be in the same resealable condition.
