SHAPE: Rectangle. (see photo).

YARN PROPERTIES:  Light Fingering Weight (3 ply).  85% Acrylic, 15% Nylon.  This yarn is known for its ability to mimic wool in appearance, but is easy care.  This scarf is comprised of nearly 1200 yards. 

YARN COLOR DESCRIPTION:  Definitely burgundy.

MEASUREMENTS / DIMENSIONS:  Approximately 65" wingspan (this is the measurement across the top of the shawl, tip-to-tip) and 16" spine (this is the measurement down the center of the back to the bottom edge).  This wrap weighs just over 4.5 ounces. 

CARE:  The Handmade with Aloha tag will describe specific care for each piece. Generally, the best practice with handmade yarn items is to treat delicately, wash by hand and then lay flat to dry.  Alternatively, dry clean. 

PRICING:  My pricing is always based on the cost of the materials and occasionally on the intricacy of a design.  Some items are much more expensive to create than others, but the quality of the handwork is always the same.  If I wouldn't use an item myself, I will not offer it for sale. 

ENVIRONMENT:  My studio is a smoke-free, animal-free, sanitary environment.  Crocheted items have been washed and blocked and are absolutely ready-to-wear.  Jewelry items are always sanitized.  Soaps are always shrink-wrapped.  

INDIVIDUALITY:  I personally create each item.  Nothing is mass-produced.  While I try to create and present a variety of styles, I am aware that each piece has an individual appeal and may not be to your taste.  If that's the case, and you have the time,  please check out my other listings.  Perhaps you'll discover something in different color, design or shape that appeals to you. 

CUSTOM WORK:  Custom pieces are available.  It's not a violation to ask me to make something for you as long as we complete the sale via ebay.  I can make any of the items listed in a variety of colors and you can have jewelry items custom fit to your wrist.

We would agree on the color, design, price and the amount of time I need to create the custom piece for you.  I would list it for sale on ebay at the agreed price and immediately send you a link to the listing.  Then you would pay for the item and I would start working on your custom piece, delivering it by the agreed upon date.
