The charging cradle mounts securely in any position within a small space allocation.  Each Mag-Lite is individually serial numbered for easy identification.  The RL1019 Recharges on either AC or DC current (just use the appropriate charger for the type of power available).  The charging cradle can be mounted on walls, in vehicles, practically anywhere.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT MAGLITE HAS RECENTLY ADJUSTED THEIR TESTED LUMEN RATING ON THE RL1019 MAGCHARGER FLASHLIGHTS:  After MagLite's original testing on the RL1019 MagCharger was completed, their techies settled on 680 lumens as the correct lumen rating for the flashlight, and so they advertised and packaged the lights showing that rating.  Subsequent testing, however, revealed that their bulbs were not performing quite to that level, so they revised their specs, changed their packaging, and altered their advertising materials to reflect the lower lumen rating.  Absolutely NO CHANGES have been made to the LED itself, and it is still as bright as it has ever been; "older" RL1019 MagChargers produce EXACTLY the same amount of lumens as "newer" models -- there is absolutely no difference.  The newest, most recently released models will now show the revised 643 lumen rating on the packaging.  We are now shipping these newer packages.  Please IGNORE the 680 lumen rating shown on the packaging in our photos as that number is inaccurate.  Thank you to the eBay customer who pointed out this discrepancy to me in the first place, which prompted me to do the homework to find out what the REAL reason was behind this change!
