Shipping is free on all impeller purchases. Our standard Free Shipping option is FedEx ground. Occasionally, we will use the United States Postal Service if it is more time and cost effective. If you would like to expedite the shipping on any of our products please contact us for the shipping rate.

We proudly accept PayPal as payment for all eBay transactions.

If you receive an item that needs to be returned, please reference the original sales record number in your communication with The Impeller Store. The sales record number can be found under My Ebay and Purchase History. All new returns must be authorized before shipment to The Impeller Store, and returns must be done within 30 days of the original purchase date. The Impeller Store will issue a Return Authorization # and this number must be written on the outside of the box to receive credit. The customer is responsible for shipping all items that are being returned, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied on all New Returns.
