Payment
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
California orders are subject to 9.50% sales tax.
Shipping
All efforts are made to ship items as quickly as possible. If PayPal clears your payment by 3 pm PST Monday - Friday, the order will typically ship the same day. Payments cleared after 3 pm PST will typically ship the next day. All orders are guaranteed to ship within two business days of cleared payment.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments within the US. International shipments do not include a tracking number.
Combined Shipping Discount Rule (more than 1 item):
We do not provide combined Shipping Discount on Auction Items.
For Fixed Price purchases, the highest shipping price will apply first, second highest shipping price at 50% of the shipping cost, third or more at 35% of the shipping cost!
IMPORTANT, to combine shipping:
- We allow 7 days to combine all your items for discounted shipping.
- Pay only when you have received a revised invoice combining your items together and reduced shipping fees are corrected.
- Per eBay policy, payment must be received by the 11th day after the first item was purchased. eBay will send a reminder on the 8th day. On the 12th day, eBay's non-payment system will cancel out your transaction and record an unpaid strike. The item then becomes eligible to be relisted.
International Shipping
• All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment on business days.
• Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Buyer has to pay for any import duties and/or import taxes. You will be subject to not only customs and duty fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes, and they will be collected by the delivering freight company. If the shipment is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.
• Per US and International government regulations, we cannot mark false merchandise values and/or mark items as gifts.
• All International shipments will be provided tracking information within 7 business days.
Terms of Sale
Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us and thus we guarantee all products are 100% authentic with highest quality. All sales are guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition (unused, unworn) with tags and packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full product refund or exchange including original shipping cost. Buyer will cover return shipping costs.
