RMT offers Calculated FedEx Shipping Rates. All sales that are shipped within the state of Florida are subject to a 6.00% sales tax. Unless a resale certificate is faxed to RMT at (954) 941-7799. All addresses outside of the state of Florida will not incur any sales tax. P.O. Boxes: FedEx is our preferred shipper and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Returns

    RMT Return Policy - Products purchased from Rebuild Master Tech can be returned for a period of 14 days from date of invoice. (UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE) In order for RMT to honor its return policy, the product must be in its original packing and condition, along with no broken seals or wrapping. If a product has been installed, under no circumstances will it qualify for the return policy. Once an order has been shipped, the customer must follow the return procedure. A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Rendered Outbound Shipping Charges are never refunded, Customers are responsible for original and return shipping costs, NO Exceptions. Once the return has been received at RMT's facility, we then inspect the quality and condition of the returned product. After the merchandise has been received it may take up to 14 business days to process the refund. Any Returns Accepted after the 14 days will only qualify for Store Credit Only.

    Instructions:
    You must call RMT at (954) 934-9595 for a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number Prior to Sending The Parts Back. An RMA Form must be filled out and inserted in the return box.

This Listing is one of a few that has a Mandatory Core Deposit. Some of our Core Deposit Required Listings have the core deposit Included in the price, others require payment of the core deposit outside of the listings. You can Pay for core Deposits via Paypal or by Calling (954)-934-9595. We will NOT ship any orders without payment of the mandatory core deposit.

We are a GREEN company and we do our best to Recycle. Once you are ready to return the core call us and we will provide you with a PRE-PAID Label. Simply place your used part in the same box you received your new part in, close the box, and attach the provided Pre-Paid Shipping Label on top of the old label on the outside of the box. We will rebuild this part and help others like you. Thank you for Helping Us Recycle. 

The FREE PRE-PAID FedEx Label is Only Available for Orders on FedEx Ground Shipping Option and Only to the 48 contiguous states. This Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We Will NOT Refund Any Core Deposits until Parts Arrive and are verified by our Core Returns Department.
