Beautiful Vintage 1950s/1960s Pagholz Pagwood Germany Molded Wood Child's Chair, Eames, Bentwood, Danish Modern, Mid Century Modern, MCM, Bauhaus.  Wood color is a beautiful rich Rosewood / Mahogany color (I'm assuming it's Maple Wood that has been stained to look like Rosewood, but it could actually be another type of wood.).

This chair would be the perfect gift for the child in your life, to start their appreciation of modernist furnishings. Also works great as a diminutive chair for your small apartment or small room, or Mad Men style furnishings.

Condition: Condition is as found- no cleaning or touchups have been done.  Good overall condition for vintage piece of this age and use. Minor loss at front left corner of seat is barely noticeable. 2 inch long split at front center edge of seat also not very noticeable, split is old and darkened with age. Neither affect use of the chair. Minor soiling on surface could be easily cleaned up. Minor wear along edges of molded seat and on metal frame legs. The wood grain shows through the finish in fine lines. Chair doesn't sit completely flat which could easily be rectified with felt pads on the bottom of feet. All rubber bumpers between molded wood seat and metal frame are intact and in good condition.

Inherent manufacturing lines in molded wood where sections were cut to create the molded form fitting seat shape.

Dimensions: 24 inches tall at back of seat, 14.25 inches wide at front seat, 17 inches deep overall, the seat is 13 inches deep.
