Item Condition: New and used, see below
Item Description: Includes a 1GB smartpen, pro charging cradle, and leather case. The pro charging cradle is new and sealed. There are some scratches on the package and a couple of chips on the edges. The pen is in very nice used condition. It has some minor chips in the printing on it and only a couple of very small scratches or spots on it. The leather case shows typical signs of use and has some light scratches on the metal pieces.

We take responsibility for processing and shipping orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. However, we ask buyers to understand that we cannot control what happens to your order once it leaves our possession.
Please note that shipping times are provided by the carrier and do not include weekends or holidays. Please pay attention to estimated transit times before selecting a shipping method. Transit times may vary, especially during peak periods and inclement weather. Buyers concerned about the shipping status of their order should contact Great Stuff Surplus Inc. We are happy to assist buyers with any problems experienced with a carrier, and/or filing a claim on a lost package (if applicable).
Shipping Address Great Stuff Surplus Inc. receives order information from both PayPal and eBay when a buyer purchases an item from us on eBay and pays with PayPal. Please note that if a buyer has different shipping addresses listed in PayPal and eBay, then we have no way of knowing where to ship the order. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is listed in both PayPal and eBay, or to send a note to us at the time of purchase instructing where to ship the order. In the event Great Stuff Surplus Inc. receives conflicting shipping addresses, we will contact the buyer and hold delivery of the item until we receive confirmation of where to ship the order.
Sales Tax Great Stuff Surplus Inc. is a Colorado corporation, and therefore collects and remits a 2.9% sales tax for any orders shipped to Colorado. The sales tax will be automatically added to applicable sales during the checkout process. Please note that a 4% additional sales tax must be collected for any sales to Central City, CO. This additional tax will not be automatically added during checkout, but will be invoiced separately.
Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping and handling). Buyer pays return shipping. Buyer must contact seller prior to returning an item in order to receive return instructions. Please note that items must be returned in original sold condition or a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund issued.
Shipping Insurance As a service to our customers, Great Stuff Surplus Inc. provides protection to our buyers in the event of a lost or damaged item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify Great Stuff Surplus Inc. of any suspected lost or damaged packages.
Damaged Or Defective Items Great Stuff Surplus Inc. will do everything we can to make the situation right in the rare event that a buyer receives a damaged or defective item. We will assist the buyer in filing an insurance claim (if applicable) if the item was damaged during the shipping process. We will have the buyer return the item for a full refund (including any associated shipping and handling costs) if the item sold was defective. Defective items are those which are materially different from the item description provided. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform Great Stuff Surplus Inc. of any damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt.
International Customs, Duties, Taxes and Customs Forms Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company, or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. Under absolutely no circumstances will Great Stuff Surplus Inc. under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws, so please don’t even ask!
