Each EcoPyro Fireplace features a self contained bio-ethanol fuel tank for easy refueling. EcoPyro ethanol fireplaces burn clean right in the home requiring no venting nor chimney structures. Ethanol fireplaces easily incorporate into any space as no utility connection for fuel supply is needed. EcoPyro fireplaces are idea for condo's, apartment's, single family homes, restaurant's, shop's and hotels. Many are designed for indoor & outdoor use. The fireplaces are fueled by a renewable plant based fuel known as Bio-ethanol or denatured ethanol. It burns free, emits no fumes or soot and is environmentally friendly. Bio ethanol is an absolute pure alcohol which is made from naturally growing plants.

FIREPLACE TYPES

EcoPyro ethanol fireplaces are available in the following 4 formats. All are an ideal way to capture the ambiance of a fireplace minus the environmental impact, maintenance and hassle of a traditional fireplace.

Table Top fireplaces. Smaller fireplaces ideal for placement on flat surfaces such as table tops, counters, bars and shelves.
Free Standing open floor fireplaces. Larger fireplaces ideal for free placement in rooms themselves. Like all ecopyro fireplaces, they house their own clean burning fuel source, thus require no hookups or venting. They are moveable and can be arranged like furniture in the room.
Free hanging "picture style" wall fireplaces. These fireplaces hang directly on the wall. They attach similar to a piece of art or picture frame screwing directly into the wall using the included wall screws.
Inset wall mounted fireplaces. These fireplaces are designed to inset into the wall or desired surface. A cleaner, streamlined effect is achieved. This installation is considered somewhat permanant as a portion of the wall must be cut to allow the back of the fireplace to insert into the wall itself. Recommended for the skilled DIY or professional installation. Mounting bracket and hardware is included.

Fireplace Operation:

Ethanol fireplaces are a great option for bringing the ambiance of a fireplace to your home without the maintenance. Below are some guidelines of caution when operating your new fireplace. Please read the operation instructions included with your new fireplace before using your fireplace.

Do not place next to curtains or flammable products.
Do not move the fireplace while the flame is burning. Do not move the fireplace while hot.
Use only Ethanol fireplace fuel.
Do not add fuel to the fireplace while it is burning. Do not add fuel to the fireplace while it is hot. Wait until it is cool.
Use care so that fireplaces that are mounted on a wall remain fixed securely to the wall.
Do not touch burner with bare hands during or after combustion, wait until the burner is no longer hot.
Light using a long stem wand lighter.
Use the included diffuser to properly extisnguish the fire.
Do not dust or clean the fireplace while in use or hot.
With use, metal burners will discolor and take on a hue from exposure to heat. This is normal and not a defect.

Samples
We are pleased to offer up to 3 sample swatches of the Leathers and Fabrics we offer on other items. Samples typically arrive within 4-5 days for U.S customer, 7-8 days for Canadian Customers and 10-12 days for international customers (stock permitting). Samples to the U.S are free. International & Canadian upholstery swatches will be charged a nominal fee for postage costs. Contact us by phone at 877.844.4988 to order swatches. If applicable - upon placement of an order - Kardiel will refund the cost of samples.

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express and Paypal. For any other payment method including wire transfers and checks, please contact us at 877.844.4988. Your choice, pay by phone or using the auction interface. Payment is expected before products ship and within 3 days of auction close.

Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax outside the state of California and Washington. Residents of these 2 states will be charged the current State Sales Tax Rate.

Returns or Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are pleased to accept returns that are arranged within 3 days of the signed delivery receipt by calling 877.844.4988. A return authorization number is required. The item must be returned in perfect original condition secured safely in its original carton. Please Note: The costs you will incur with a return are the full shipping cost back to us as well as the orginal shipping costs incurred by Kardiel in getting the product to you. There may be times when the original shipping fees to you are subsidized. In these cases, the real costs Kardiel incurred getting the shipment to you will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations & Changes
To ensure excellent service, we process orders quickly. As time is of the essence with regards last minute order changes or cancellation, do not use email as your contact method. Promptly call us at 877.844.4988. If the order has not shipped, we will void or change it, whatever the case may be, at no charge to you. If the order has shipped, you will incur the shipping costs and any fees to stop the shipment and re-route it back to the Kardiel warehouse.

General Delivery Information
Please check the dimensions of halls and doorways prior to ordering to ensure your purchased items will fit in your home. Smaller packages ship via USPS or UPS. Larger furniture orders ship LTL using freight companies at our discretion including - but not limited to - UPS freight. Delivery is curbside, meaning carriers are not responsible for lifting or carrying the products into the home or business location. We suggest you have help available on location during the delivery. If you require inside delivery, contact us prior to purchasing for a quote. For heavier shipments you may pay extra for a “lift-gate” option. It is normal for the cartons to show some wear and tear upon arrival, but it is your responsibility to carefully inspect and sign if there is any shipping damage. Unless signed for and noted on the delivery receipt, neither the carrier nor Kardiel is responsible for any damage. All signed for damage claims must be reported to Kardiel within 24 hours accompanied with a photo for proof.

Orders typically ship the day after payment clears (stock permitting). Tracking numbers are emailed to you so that you can watch the progress of your shipment as soon as they are made available to us. Average delivery times are posted below.

U.S. & Canada Delivery Times
On average, U.S. customers can anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse. Canadian customers can anticipate delivery within our 7-10 business days. Customs delays on orders to Canada are not common but do occur and are beyond the control of Kardiel. Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees imposed.

Hawaii & Alaska Delivery Times
Hawaii & Alaska orders allow average 12-18 business days for arrival. Tracking numbers will be provided. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for advertised "continental U.S" shipping promotions. Alaska and Hawaii customers, please contact us to receive a delivery quote.

International Orders
International orders please allow 18-24 business days for arrival. Tracking numbers will be provided.
