These handy little boards are great for showing many different possible LED animations and states, progress bars, levels, etc.
Consisting of a constant-current sink Shift Register (STP16CP05) and 16 surface mount LEDs in a variety of colours, these are very simple to interface with any microcontroller. Operating in the same way as a commonly available 74HC595 shift register, but with much better current handling, these can be chained together to create stunning LED displays.
Simply connect the Latch (L), Clock (C) and Data (D) pins, along with a power supply of between 3V and 6V (it can work directly on 3,3V and 5V boards) and shift LED on/off combinations into them.
Currently available in two colour schemes: Green and Dual VU

8x green,
