1. The new and improved 1800rpm spin drying cycle speed ensures extra water is being expelled from the clothes more efficiently than ever before! The increased spin speed also means faster drying time. You will be looking at your clothes being dried in 3 minutes!

2. Simple but convenient, there's no complicated instruction manual, no turning the dials, no changing the settings, and so on. Just load your clothes, close the lid and watch the dryer turn on by itself. When done, just lightly release the latch to open the cover and stop the dryer.

All BodyFaceShop orders placed before 1pm PST, Monday thru Friday will be processed the SAME business day. Any orders placed after 1 pm PST and on a weekend will be processed the following business day.

• We ship the parcel with regular mail.
• Delivery to Canada takes 4 to 12 business days.
• Delivery to US takes 4 to 10 business days.
• Delivery to some addresses (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) takes 2 to 6 weeks.
• For International shipment, please contact us for shipping quote and estimated delivery lead time.
• After the parcel is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please kindly make sure that you check the tracking number in your order for up-to-date update from the courier.
• Once tracking number has been provided, BodyFaceShop is not responsible for any missing or delayed shipment due to courier handling mishap, as we are unable to control how couriers operate. Please contact the courier directly with the tracking number for updates.

We stand behind our products. At BodyFaceShop, all purchases are covered by our 30-day Guarantee. If, within 30 days, you customer is not 100% satisfied, you may return the product to us, and we will gladly replace, exchange or refund (less shipping) the full product price to you. Our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you at any time if you have questions or need to return a product.

Please contact us before returning the product to us. All returns and exchanges must be arranged with a Customer Service Representative within 30 days after delivery and assigned an RA# (return authorization number).

Returning packages without an RA# will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

• All products must be returned in the original carton in which it was received by your customer including packaging, documentation, and manual.
• Please do not tape or write anything on the item or package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
• Write ‘Return Product For Refund’ clearly on the parcel and in the custom declaration, otherwise handling fees of 20% will be charged.
• Merchandise returned in damaged condition (excluding factory defects) will be returned to your customer.
• Please indicate your order number and date of purchase, reason for return, and action required (i.e. return/replacement).
• Ship via insured parcel post, and with a confirmation number. This is in your best interest as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. (DO NOT use courier service, UPS, Fedex, etc).
• After the product has been returned, please kindly make sure you message us with the tracking number or the shipping receipt. All refunds will be processed and returned to you ONLY after we have gotten the tracking number / receipt and verified the return product has been received. If we do not receive a tracking number or a receipt, the refund process will take longer.
