We only accept payments via Paypal. Payment should be made within 7 days of sale date or an unpaid item dispute may be opened against you and will result in a strike on your account. Please note that if multiple quantities of the same item are ordered, the payment will usually go onto the item purchased first (even if the size is different) therefore if you have purchased the wrong size, please contact us to cancel the order before paying for the other item.

DESPATCH AND DELIVERY:

Your purchase will be sent via Royal mail Tracked / Royal mail next working day service / Royal mail Airmail depending on which service you choose. We also despatch items via Interlink Express - please note that if your parcel is sent back to us because of failed delivery attempts (incomplete address/ refused delivery/ no access/ no-one present to sign for the delivery) further charges will apply. We aim to despatch all our items within one working day after cleared payment has been received. Please note that cut-off time for despatch is between 12pm and 2pm for standard delivery and 3pm for next day items. Also, if you order an item using next day delivery after 3pm, your item will be despatched the following working day and therefore be delivered the next working day after that. Next day delivery is only guaranteed for working days (mon - fri). All our items will have tracking and if you require this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Standard Royal Mail Policy:

It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipiant is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will try to find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange.

International Postage:

We offer worldwide postage at very competitive prices.

We have a 14 day NO QUIBBLES return policy - you may return an item to us for a refund within 14 days for any reason. All we ask is that the item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attatched and in original packaging. Please include the completed return slip (provided in the package) with the return as this will help us to deal with the return a lot faster. We will refund the full amount minus postage. We will process the refund as soon as we get the item but please allow up to 7days especially for damaged items as we need to send the items back to the manufacturer for inspection. We are NOT responsible for the postage cost that you incur to send the items back to us. If you require an exchange, please send the item back along with £3 (uk only) to cover the return postage cost - item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attatched and in original packaging.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS:
All items are checked thoroughly before despatch however in the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty/damaged item from us please GET IN TOUCH with us within 3 DAYS of receiving the item so that we can resolve the matter quickly.

Upon receiving photographic evidence of the damage/fault we can email you a PREPAID returns label for you to post the item back to us FREE of charge for repair/replacement, however we will not reimburse postage costs that you incur to send the item back without using our FREE PREPAID returns service. Please note we reserve the right to refuse to repair/replace/refund the item if the damage is found to be self inflicted and you will be charged postage costs for us to send the item back to you.
