When will my Order be shipped?
If you've made your order during normal business hours Monday-Friday BEFORE 3PM, we will ship it out the same day, unless it says otherwise on the listing. This will ensure that you get your items as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 3PM will be dispatched the next day. Orders made on Friday after 3PM will be dispatched on the following Monday to get to the customer on Tuesday depending on Royal Mail delivery.
What Shipping Company do you Use?
Our orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for delivery. Most items get to customers the next day, but this is not guaranteed. We offer a guaranteed delivery service at a price.
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes. We ship internationally using EBay Global Shipping Programme. This is on selected items only.
What are your Shipping Charges?
We offer free shipping for most of our items and we only charge shipping when we have to. We ensure that our customers can get their items at the lowest or no delivery cost at all.
My item has not arrived on the expected day?
Please let us know on the 'contact seller' section and we will respond quickly to your queries. We guarantee that we will get back to you within 2 hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Outside those times, it might take longer. We apologise if we do not get back to you within your own time scale, but we are sure to help you as quickly as we can. Sometimes, the item is delayed within the Royal Mail system, but not to worry, we will check this out for you.
Can I Exchange My Purchase for Another Item?
If you want to make a change to your order before it has shipped you can simply send us a message straight away. If the order has already shipped you will have to first return the purchase and then request that the refunded money is applied to your new purchase. In this case, you will have to pay for the return of the item and the re-dispatch of the item to be exchanged with.
