Our orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority unless otherwise stated within the listing. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours Monday - Saturday.

All products are covered by a 30 day returns policy from the day of delivery. Should you wish to return for any reason whatsoever, simply drop us a message in eBay to let us know and we will tell you how to proceed. You will be entitled to a full refund including the initial outbound postage.

Faulty Items Under Warranty

If anything you have bought develops a fault within the warranty period, then the first thing to do is contact us or with details of the problem. We may be able to solve the problem straightaway, and if not will advise you further. If you then return the item and it is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement or repair within 3-5 working days as long as the item is in stock at our warehouse.
