Flora has been signed by Kent Melton who was the sculptor of this piece.
Flora was retired April 2002.
Her wings shine with opalescent paint. Her wand is made from metal.
Flora has been loved and displayed by me and is in mint condition.
The backstamp on the base is the pickaxe - which means it was produced in 1998.
